Active Living Aerobics is a method of exercise that endeavors to
improve your fitness levels by taking you through exercise choreographed
to music. Aerobics is aimed at improving Cardio respiratory endurance
and body composition through large body movements that ensure a continuously
elevated heart rate. Aartie S Shivlani combines Step Aerobics, Aerobics
with weights and stretching, incorporating swiss balls and resistance
tubes. Bums & Tums Bums and Tums are the perennial problem areas of most women. It is where the body stores fat naturally. I have given my workout a combined approach.
