Aerobics is aimed at improving cardio respiratory endurance and body composition through large body movements that ensure a continuously elevated heart rate. Join our aerobics instructor, Alka Pandey, Reebok – certified trainer as she combines aerobics with weights and stretching, incorporating swiss balls and resistance tubes. Bums & Tums Bums and Tums are the perennial problem areas of most women. It is where the body stores fat naturally. These are toning excersies on the ball with medium weight d. bells for the entire body alongwith a cardio of 35 minutes on the step. The class lasts for 1 hour 20 mins inclusive of abs. It’s an aerobic & anaerobic class. |
